You can join as a member and or a Business. To join the MSX network and be eligible for accreditation, businesses must provide their company profiles, including the following details:
a. Name and Logo: The business name and logo will be the first point of identification and branding. It should be consistent with the business’s values and represent its unique identity.
b. Contact Information: Providing accurate contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses is essential for customers to reach out easily.
c. Company Link / Website: A functional website or online presence is crucial in today’s digital world. Businesses should share their website link or social media profiles to showcase their offerings and connect with customers.
d. Price Range or Scale: Understanding the price range or scale at which a business operates helps customers assess their affordability and value for money.
e. Survey Score: The MSX-Customer Care Accreditation Program will assign each accredited business a survey score based on the Customer Service Experience Survey results. This score will serve as an indicator of the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
